Peachy Keen


I’ve never been a huge fan a fruit for breakfast but smoothies have made me a convert. Behold this Peach Cobbler Smoothie. Peach, coconut yogurt, a bit of maple syrup, crushed ice & my awesome immersion blender (thanks Meg!) and boom, summer in a glass.

  1. I’m about to switch over to coconut yogurt as that’s one of the last big dairy items I consume. Where do you get yours from?

    • Whole foods, like everything else 🙂 Sure Trader Joe’s would have too. Just make sure to get plain & add your own sweeteners & fruit, as the flavored kinds are a killer with sugar. Soy yogurt is also a good option but I just sometimes get nervous I have too much soy in my diet so I try to keep it down where I can.
